Thank you immensely for your interest in being a part of the 2017 Swift Mile Street Festival! Marketplace Vendor applications are open until August 25th. Applications received after August 25th will be accepted on a case by case basis.  The vendor fee for 2017 is just $50! (Scroll down for vendor registration)

We are on the look out for makers and artists who are pushing the envelope in the DIY community with trendsetting designs, and an eye for craftsmanship. The marketplace is open from 10 AM to 7 PM on Saturday.

 MARKETPLACE VENDOR CRITERIA

HANDMADE

Your work must be handmade by you, if you outsource any work please describe your production process in your application. Art prints that are outsourced are fine.

DIVERSITY

You have a fresh and diverse style that is not heavily saturated with trends.

DISPLAY

Visual merchandising is clean and thought out.

PRICE POINT

Average price range for your items aligns with the quality and attainability for festival attendees.

 VENDOR SPACES

SINGLE SPACE ($60, $50 if you sign up before June 1st)

10′ x 10′, perfect size for a pop up tent. Swift Mile is an outdoor event, white tents are heavily encouraged to protect you and your merchandise from the weather.

DOUBLE BOOTH ($120, $100 if you sign up before June 1st)

20′ wide x 10′ deep, equal to two single spaces side by side. Great for mobile/unconventional booth set ups. If you require more room for your creative set up let us know your exact dimensions and we will see if we can accommodate you.

Electricity will not be provided for the festival nor is it needed since the market will not be open beyond dusk.

FEES

Once your application has been accepted you will receive an invoice with an option to pay your booth fee via Paypal.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not offer refunds for any amount on vendor cancellations. Empty spaces impact the festival and vendors negatively.  Please notify us immediately so that we may fill your space. If and when a vendor can fill your space you potentially are available to receive a refund. The Swift Mile will be held, rain or shine. Tents are strongly encouraged. The event will take place regardless of weather.
